Powers:
Daniella has absorbed a massive amount of pure darkness from The Eternal Night, one of the elemental fonts. This allows her to create shadow creatures and constructs (claws, shields, tendrils, etc) at will. She also has the ability to create shadow daggers that can paralyse the body in a comatose state (during which they turn black and white). She usually generate shadow slides and waves to ride and can control darkness allowing her to cause a blackout even heat vision and NVG can't pierce. She can also give others a form of night vision. She can also morph her clothes. She possesses the ability to teleport people as well as herself but it is very draining.
Breakdown:
= Shadow/Darkness Generation, manipulation, animation and dispelling.
= Teleportation (self and others)
= Shadow Daggers
= Blackout (darkness perception control)

Limitations:
+ Daniella is colorblind, she can only see in black and white (and red for some reason)
+ Daniella's shadow creatures dispel with a focused beam of light unlike her constructs. The creatures literally fall apart when they are lit up
+ Prisms and their light can dampen Dani's powers immensely, forcing her to use more energy for much less result.
+ Dani's powers will cancel out against shadow users and vice versa
+ Dani has self imposed limits, she tried to not depend on her powers as much as possible.

Skills: Dani is a fully trained ballerina. Dani is an excellent rock climber and swimmer. Dani is trained in Tae-Kwon-Do and Kickboxing from her anger management sessions. Dani speaks Fluent French and Catalan. She is also familiar with other languages such as Russian, Nepalese, Japanese, Italian and German though mostly through her Language-Tapes.
Weapons/Gadgets: None really, occasionally carries self defence weapons and pepper spray. Has unlimitted minutes on her phone and top of the line communications and digital photography equipment

Physical Appearance: Snow white skin, pitch black hair, grey eyes, black lips. She wears leather and lace gothic clothes in black and white usually, she has control over her clothes and hair thanks to them being infused with darkness upon prolonged contact with her skin and the fact her hair is an extension from her body.

Personality: Dani has a lot of pent up anger, she is distant (for the protection of others she believes) and although she appears apathetic sometimes the fact is she feels things greatly. Dani can be sharp tongued and very cunning; she knows when people are attracted to her and isn’t above using it. She appears confident but has great guilt over her mother’s disappearance; an incident that has led her to believe people that get close to her will be hurt. Dani is quite a collected personality; she can verbally spar with the best and then switch back to being a gentle guide to her friends when they need it. She’s amazingly determined and when she wants something she is hard to divert from that course. Dani is depressed and pessimistic most of the time only on occasion rising to lighter moods. Despite her cool and apathetic exterior Dani is actually quite lonely and guilty, two things she believes are her own doing, the former because she sends people away for their “own good”, and the latter because of her mothers disappearance.

History: Dani is an heiress to an old money and a new money family. Her father was a politician and author. Her mother was a former model and CEO of an international communications firm. Dani was always distant from her family and her cousin Samantha who was like Dani, was unable to be her friend because of a feud between their fathers (disapproval over the fact Samantha's father had married Dani's aunt - it was an old family thing).

Her mother's family were snobs too and Dani grew up with hostile relatives isolating her family. Her father was killed in an Avalanche on a skiing trip when she was 7. At age 10 she and her mother were caught in a plane crash, they wound up in an ancient Nepalese temple dedicated to the balance of light and dark. her mother investigated an altar and accidentally opened a vortex of darkness.

This counted as a sacrifice to the altar and Dani was filled with the Eternal Night, this allowed her to survive the return to civilization - but made the rest of her life quite difficult under rumour and the fact she no longer quite fit in with humans.

Dr Alexander called her to Poseidon Prep when she was called by Dani's grandmother. When not at school she lives under the guardianship of her Housekeeper and Butler (Mrs Abigale Wilkes and Mr. Jacob Oliver) to whom her parents entrusted her care and upbringing.

POWERS: Cam is a very powerful empath known as a tele-empath. He can use his powers agressively though hasn't had very much training. He can manipulate the mind through the soul and generate illusions that people's instincts will believe as true. He is very gifted at Astral Projection, aura reading and mind control though he's only barely getting to grips with it.

His mind is also unreadable and uncontrollable and he can help people to boost their powers or he can suppress them if they get too close. Once again though he hasn't had very much training with them and they can go a bit haywire.

On occasion he manifests his aura as a deflection field against superpowers.

He can also "ignite" ambient emotions into destructive energy blasts

He possesses his mother's kiss of death and potentially her longeivity and suppressed aging factor. Of course if he gets killed we'll never know for sure. Obviously.

LIMITATIONS:
+Positive mental attacks are extremely hard for Cam to defend against
+If Cam links with another person he will feel what they feel and if they're knocked out he might be as well or at least severely disoriented
+Cam isn't totally immune to psychic attack, higher level telepaths are fully capable of harming him with mind bolts
+ Cam is flesh and blood, while he is "damn hard to murder" he will die like any human
+ He's had very little training and so his true potential has yet to be reached, plus he hates using his powers "because they're so...warm and cuddly"
+ Cam has spent a lot of time trying to avoid using his powers, so he hasn't got full control over them or much understanding which can mean a world of trouble when he faces another empath.
+ Cam can be sensed out by his mother and father within a 15 foot radius
+ Cam is a really bad team player
+ Cam's powers are always on, while he needs to be around people to use their emotions this also causes a problem for him - such as migraines in an area of drastically mixed emotions.

SKILLS: Exceptional martial artist, acrobat and gymnast due to years of top level training. Speaks fluent Verovian, Lyoshan, Sylvarianne, German, French and Japanese with knowledge of several other languages. Cam is a trained assassain. He has also taken dance classes since a young age. Due to his powers and upbringing he has picked up various skills ranging from medical to magical but remains master of none. Gifted with a bullwhip and in fencing and knife fighting

WEAPONS/GADGETS: Family proof on his choker, its a Verovian Red Diamond which is a talisman to protect against magic. His shades, laptop, Personal Assistant, various little gadgets he makes in "gadget Shop class"

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Average height, lean build, athletic, likes to dress provatively and fashionably. Pale. He always wears his family proof (a blood red gem) on a collar around his neck. He always keeps his neck and wrists covered with various types of bands. Quite a poseur.

PERSONALITY: Cam comes across as an arrogant snob but he isn't quite that bad. He's extremely cutting and can be very crude. Cam has very little time for public opinion of him and uses his sharp tongue to slice and dice people he doesn't like. He's cynical and sarcastic and very skeptical of "heroes". Cam has a liking for the underdog, he associates with the less popular people out of a desire to find others like him. He has severe trust issues and doesn't open up about his past, he's suffered but doesn't dwell on it, instead believes in learning.

Cam fights dirty, has a Machiavellian approach to almost everything and generally isolates his emotions from himself to be cold and calculating. He's a skilled manipulator and excellent at getting inside someone's head.

He has mother issues, but you would to if your mother stabbed you and chucked you into a river.

HISTORY: Cam is one of the many children of Villainess and Arch-Mind, the leaders of M.E.D.U.S.A one of the world top terrorist organizations who believe superhumans are the next step in evolution and a new society is just ahead. Under their rule of course.

Their evolve or die policy was one dating back since before Darwin and so they had a reputation that Cam was expected to fit into. However his parents got it wrong, they enrolled him in the H.A.T.E academy on the island, he was always under their gaze and during classes his bodyguards were present, but when they werent he was bullied mercilessly. The other students mistreated him because he was given good treatment.

Cam always lacked the killer instinct and despite the extra classes he got never succeeded in murdering the people he was sent after, due to his powers. As such he began to lose popularity to his brother and half-siblings and eventually became prey to certain unhealthy fixations.

During the SS Eden affair Cam was accidentally knocked overboard but managed to get to the coast. He was picked up by Big Daddy Strong who bound him with a supernatural contract. Cam played along until he was 13 and ran into his mother and M.E.D.U.S.A.

His mother stabbed him in the chest to distract Dr Alexander and cover her escape. Dr Alexander saved Cam's life and made him a ward of the school so he didn't end up going to a maximum security juvenile hall.

Unfortunately he still doesn't get on with his peers

Hellion, I had a question about Ulla.
You've made mention of the fact that she's considered short and kinda chubby. Yet her stats say that she's 5ft 8/120lbs. That's around 172cm and only 44kgs. So not only is she tall, but quite skinny.
I checked her BMI (which is a stupid way to calculate healthy weight, but a lot of people believe it) and she's 18.2 - underweight.

I was just wondering which is her real shape, the short round or tall thin?
It was just something I noticed and it bugged me enough to ask

No that was original Ulla, I should update but I am terrible with weights, actually they may be Dani's original weights but I changed them I believe and since I reused the same form I guess I didn't think much about it.

Ulla isn't fat, she is well formed, she maintains a healthy weight but she's not one of those annoying stick figures, she simply quite well rounded.

I really am terrible with weights as I said.

She's short and rounded, she's healthy so really its her natural shape, after all, in a fight she's extremely nimble and she can brush her teeth, talk on the phone, practice salsa and swing a hula hoop on her hips all at the same time (women and their damn multitasking )

I like the idea that she's short and curvy. One, it's much more attractive, and two, it's outside the norm for a comic character (which should always be encouraged)

Oh she's a ditz but that's because she has this big and positive outlook on life in contrast to her rather dark powers that are negatives in Hawaiian myths.

Dani has a toned curvy frame, like the average athletic (real) girl on the street she's sensetive about the reverse of many girls (she worries she's losing too much weight and turning into kate moss, and that her boobs are too big etc stemming from negative body image when she was younger) whereas Ulla is comfortable in her own skin and likes being petite and rounded because it suits her, she's a bright and ditzy but very normal girl despite the wave of freakiness washed through her life

If you want to know who I like, it would be Dani and Cam. Honestly they have helped in the growth of Lad and Justyn in a huge way.

However, I completely vote for you to do what you want..

I kind of need Ulla, actually. She has dialogue in Issue 7 and the script portion for that was finalized a while back and submitted to the art team.

I'll save the bio but I shall forever miss Dani as she was a tribute to some of my dearest friends...sigh....I need a moment

It'd be unfair to Tommy to take Ulla out (unless he wants to take the character completely or some sort of cheat attempt) I love Dani but the two character limit sticks. Hey who knows? Some of my friends can't design characters maybe they'll take a shine to her if they ever get their a$$es in gear and sign up.
